What is Stress to Strength for Teams?

Stress To Strength For Teams is an experiential training that activates and integrates the mind, body and inner self to manage stress constructively. Explore how to reframe thought patterns to prevent stress from derailing your productivity and work happiness. Learn exercises to use your body’s energy and literally detox from your stress at a cellular level, enabling you to maintain positive energy at work, even in challenging situations. Learn how to make more efficient use of your time, and increase your motivation and focus on your goals. As a work team, learn the tools to create and maintain a positive and caring workplace culture.
