Classes

We have many yoga classes to choose from including: Tao Healing Yoga, Tao Mindful Yoga, Tao Chakra Vibration Yoga, Tao Detox Yoga, Tao Ki Gong/Tai Chi, and Tao Kwon Do classes are also available. Come by for a visit and try a class (remember, your first class is free!) and choose one that will be most beneficial for you.

You may also wish to start with a private one hour energy evaluation, which will help you to define your goals. Meet your like-minded Chandler neighbors while increasing your flexibility, reducing your stress and increasing your energy level, all while having FUN!

Learn and experience practices in mindfulness to bring peace and calm at the beginning of your busy day. You will experience gentle tapping, meridian stretching, mindful breathing, and energy mediation. What better way to start your day!

Tao Ki Gong is a gentle martial art but don’t be fooled by its mild manner. It’s slow, methodical movements are accumulating great amounts of life force that, when channeled correctly, gives you the strength to move mountains! Learn how to tune in to your body’s own electricity and energy system for stronger Ki.

Tao Kwon Do is a fun, high-energy class where you can learn to release and create big energy! Confidently express, and release your greater power within.

Tao Kwon Do combines Tao Yoga with dynamic kicking exercises from Taekwondo martial arts. The synergy from both soft and hard disciplines fosters a harmonious energy from within that heals and strengthens both body and spirit. As you progress, you will become more comfortable and confident with your abilities to not only heal, but defend yourself. Please bring a bottle of water as you will work up a sweat! It is a great way to wind down after a long work week!
